There are times that I would really like to have more flexible joints. Especially when I see other people move in a way that I would like to be able to move. It may just be the fact that I'm getting older, but for sure it's also the thing that I never really practice, so I seem to get stiffer and stiffer. And at my age it's probably important to start practicing, as it may get worse when I'll become older. Anyway, I did something to improve this: I started taking yoga classes. I only had one lesson, but I already feel like it's doing me good and I think that's already half of the job. Now I need to keep it up!
